B2X Smartapp, the promised Lumia user support app is already on the Windows Store

2016 has not been Microsoft's year in the world of telephony. In terms of hardware, they have only launched a new one, the Microsoft Lumia 650, letting other brands lead the way in terminals with Windows 10 Mobile, while on the software side we have not received great news either.

The Redmonds' unwillingness to bet on mobile phones was even clearer in October, when they announced the outsourcing of customer service for Lumia users. The promise was that nothing would go to worst and that even change would be beneficial to users, with a self-diagnostics support app included that is now available.

B2X Smartapp is a very simple app but it can be very useful for users of Lumia smartphones. With it, users can make a diagnosis of their terminal, chat with a support agent, request a call from the same or find their nearest service point.

There, the application does not remain, which also allows access to all information regarding the hardware and software of the phone, perform a battery status analysis, check the warranty of the device and follow the status of a repair. B2X Smartapp is available for both Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Mobile and only occupies 5 MB.
