The designs of these phones are not likely towards people. Lumia smartphones also have excellent rating towards people. But it holds many problems it like these phones cannot hold or access to Instagram, candy crush and many thousands of other apps that are readily reachable on Apple phones or other Android phones. Due to this, people says that it useless because this phone has no apps in it. The number of games does not work on these phones. The counter problem is that people buy this phone only if it has access to apps. But on the other hand, the app maker will make those apps if sufficient folks buy Microsoft phone.
